"Delayed USPS Delivery"
I purchased something that could easily go in a standard envelope, yet it took a whole week to get here, even after shelling out $9.00 for 'priority mail' shipping. That's just how USPS rolls.

Are they still operating?
2022_06_23 – Phones are "not working".

I placed an order on April 16, 2022, and it hasn’t been sent out yet. A month back, I managed to get someone on the line, and they said it would be shipped within a week. The website is still up and running, but my order status shows as "processing".

"Currently not sending me anything"
Right now, I'm not getting any shipments from them. They mentioned they were out of the BD product, so I requested either a different brand or a refund. They assured me they would send a different brand. It's been around 7 weeks now, and they’ve stopped responding and even turned off their phone lines. Before this, they were usually reliable, except for about 3 or 4 times over the last 3 years when I had to reach out because my order was delayed.

"Good prices, but Dave's a problem..."
The prices are pretty good, but Dave held up my last couple of shipments since they were out of stock. Instead, they sent me a different brand, and I wasn't too pleased with that. Plus, we were counting on one of the deliveries, so when it got pushed back a week, it really messed us up.
